The rest of our summer pics

So I realize that summer is long over but here are the rest of our summer pics. I wasn't very good at taking my camera wherever we went but we mostly fished, camped, and moved a lot of sheep. It was so fun.

This is Tyce and his cousin Jayden. They have so much fun together. Jayden was kind of tired but Tyce was just thrilled to be outside. He loves loves to camp.

Jayden's grumpy face cracked me up.

We fished A LOT!

We also camped quite a bit in the sheep camp and loved every minute.

Tyce had his first powdered donut - that was a happy day.

We rode horse and moved sheep quite a bit.

And riding the backhoe with Uncle Dan is better than Christmas.

The other day I put Tyce's hair in pig tails. I was laughing so hard, and Rustin was ultra annoyed.

My Buck!!!

Last Thursday I got my first deer. It was so fun! I've never really shot anything besides ground squirrels before and I was kind of nervous, but it was so fun.

It was really fun to hunt together. Rustin was just as excited as I was.

Fortunately for me, my part ended after I shot it. Rustin threw it in the truck, gutted it, skinned it, boned it out, and cut it up into jerky (I did help cut up the meat). He is really nice. After I shot it, I was so excited that I thought I might even be brave enough to help gut it, but when it came right down to it, I decided to let him have all the fun. This is us watching Rustin gut the deer.

Tyce has a slight obsession with Uncle Dan - mostly because he gives him rides in the backhoe.

Hauling Sheep

It is sheep hauling season and Tyce has been loving it. We got him up at 5:30am and put him in the Semi and although this picture looks like he is not sure, he really loved riding in the Big Truck with Dad.

He screamed when I took him out of the semi. He loved all the buttons and dials and talking on the CB.

He was making faces at himself in the bumper. I was laughing so hard.

He kept poking the sheep in the truck. Finally he had them where they couldn't run away.

This has become his little sand box. He gets all his trucks and climbs in and plays in there. It cracks me up. Tyce has been so fun lately. I have absolutely loved this age. He talking so much and is starting to put sentences together. He is my little pal, and goes everywhere with me - so so fun!

Summer Pics

Wow, sorry I haven't posted anything for awhile but I'm back. I will post our summer pictures in two sections since there are quite a few, this will be section number one. However, the above picture pretty much sums up the majority of our summer. We fished a lot!

In May, Tyce fell head first off our porch onto the concrete. It was the saddest thing. The picture seriously doesn't do it justice. He looked liked some one had beaten him severely.

He loves to push anything, but particularly the "la-mo".

May was also Rustin's birthday. Yay!!!

He loves to read on his rocking chair.

and play in puddles. But what little boy doesn't?

If we weren't camping or fishing the we were probably outside playing with trucks...

or inside playing with trucks...

or playing with all the girls cousins.

Tyce helped me make jam.

We rode horses.

This is Tyce and his cousin Elsie in the sheep camp.

Tyce helping Dad haul the fire wood.

This picture is a little frightening but it sort of depicts how much he loves camping. He would have stayed on the mountain all summer if we let him. It was so fun. He was so happy.

We did a lot of 4-wheeling. Tyce has a tiny obsession with Li-Lo's as he calls them. Not sure where he picked it up, its not even close to the word 4-wheeler but he has my whole family calling them Li-Lo's now.

He insists on driving.

We went on a super long ride and he got really tired and just laid his head on the gas cap.

He would get so excited when we would get out his helmet, he would always reach up and pat it.

He was sick on one of our camping trips and we had to haul up the generator for his nebulizer.

We went to the Derby and Tyce absolutely love it! He was screaming the whole time, "Oh Wassat?!!!!" over and over and pointing and yelling "Broom broom" and giggling and yelling "Ta-to" for the tractors. It was so fun. I was laughing so hard.

Well, I will post more summer pictures later. But this summer was so fun, I'm so sad to see it end.
